FAQ

Do I need experience to start personal training?

No. You do not need to already be strong, fit, or experienced.

Personal training is built around your current ability. If you are new to training, we will focus on building strong foundations, good technique, confidence, and consistency.

If you already train, we can work on improving your strength, skills, structure, and long-term progression.

Do you only coach advanced calisthenics?

No. I coach beginners as well as people who already have training experience.

You do not need to already be able to do pull-ups, dips, muscle-ups, or handstands. These skills are built through progressions, patience, and consistent practice.

What calisthenics skills can you help with?

I can help with calisthenics skills such as pull-ups, dips, muscle-ups, handstands, gymnastic rings, front lever, back lever, planche progressions, core strength, and general bodyweight control.

How long are personal training sessions?

Personal training sessions are 60 minutes.

This gives enough time for warm-up, skill work, strength training, coaching, corrections, and a clear session structure.

Do you provide training outside of sessions?

Monthly personal training packages include session planning and basic guidance outside of sessions.

This helps keep your training structured and supports your progress between sessions.

Do you provide meal plans?

No, I do not provide strict meal plans.

I can provide basic nutritional guidance and habit support, but the main focus is training, performance, consistency, and long-term progress.

What is sports massage?

Sports massage is a hands-on treatment focused on the muscles and soft tissues of the body.

It can be used to help reduce muscular tension, support recovery, improve comfort, and help you feel looser. It is commonly used by active people, gym-goers, athletes, and people dealing with tightness from daily life.

Is sports massage only for athletes?

No. Sports massage is not only for athletes.

It can also be useful for people who train recreationally, work long hours, sit for long periods, have general muscular tension, or want support with recovery.

Is sports massage painful?

Sports massage can feel uncomfortable at times, especially when working on tight or sensitive areas, but it should not feel unbearable.

Communication is important. Pressure can always be adjusted during treatment.

Can sports massage fix an injury?

Sports massage is not a guaranteed injury fix and it is not a diagnosis.

It can support recovery and help with muscular tension, but serious pain, swelling, numbness, unexplained symptoms, or worsening injuries should be assessed by an appropriate healthcare professional.

When should I avoid sports massage?

Sports massage may not be suitable if you have a fever, active infection, suspected blood clot, unexplained swelling, open wounds, skin infection, recent surgery, or certain serious medical conditions.

If there is any concern, treatment may need to be adapted, delayed, or referred to a healthcare professional.
